Individualised Support

Tailored services developed in partnership with the individual

It’s our mission to support our clients to lead independent, fulfilled lives. Our goals-based approach means that we work with clients to tailor a service that will support them to achieve their goals.

Working with regional clients, we recognise how important support services are for people with a disability living outside the metropolitan area. We’re committed to providing a professional, responsive service no matter where our clients are located.

Aligned with the principles of the NDIS Code of Conduct, we focus on providing our clients with safe and competent service delivered with care and skill. Our clients have choice and control over the nature of the services we provide, allowing them to shape their support to suit their needs.

Our experienced team are best suited to working with clients who are seeking assistance with social and community participation. In addition to supporting our clients with participating in social, recreational and community activities, we also offer support with transitioning to independent living, respite care and other individualised assistance.
