NDIS Independent Living Support
Living with a disability doesn’t mean having to give up your independence. Family Access Services understands the importance of gaining or maintaining an independent existence. We help clients who are making the transition from care or group homes into an independent living situation, as well as providing support to people who are already living independently in their own home.
Our staff understand that our clients’ lives are busy. We can provide individualised solutions, including:
-
-
- Transport services to run errands or attend appointments;
- Help around the home, such as cleaning or gardening;
- Meal preparation; and
- Other specialised services tailored to the individual.
-
Our team are highly trained and compassionate, with the intuition and empathy to know when to step in and provide assistance, and when to allow the young person to manage independently.
Family Access Services provides safe, responsive and inclusive child access services and NDIS Core Support services.
Family Access Services acknowledges Aboriginal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we operate. We are committed to working respectfully to honour their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to this country. Diversity and inclusivity are valued by Family Access Services and we ensure that our workplace and services reflect this.
