Dedicated to supporting children, young people and their families
Safe, responsive and inclusive service, tailored to your needs
The Family Access Services team provides an award-winning service that combines empathetic and inclusive support for families, with a structured process that allows for a safe and consistent experience. Equity of access to support is a priority for us. We constantly seek ways to innovate and tailor services to ensure that a client’s location or complex needs aren’t a barrier to accessing support.
Whether supporting families to remain together during times of relationship challenges, or assisting young people and their families with NDIS services to enable them to achieve their goals, our focus is always on delivering a quality, reliable service.
We currently service the Perth metropolitan area and the Wheatbelt in Western Australia, as well as metropolitan Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, with locally-based staff. Our flexible delivery model means we are able to respond quickly to your service needs in other regions and states.
Our Approach
When delivering our Access Services, our first priority is the safety and welfare of the child or individual, and our skilled team are experienced in working with complex family situations to support positive interactions. Structure and consistency are important to us – our processes support families to interact in constructive and memorable ways.
Our NDIS Support Services focus on providing a tailored service that empowers individuals with a disability to make informed choices and build their capacity.
We take pride in delivering a comprehensive service that sets families and individuals up for success and reflects best practice within the sector.
The team offers a combination of empathetic support with a strong commitment to child safety and consistent service delivery. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who:
-
-
- understand child development stages;
- have a good knowledge of relevant legal, welfare and government processes;
- have an understanding of trauma-informed practices;
- prepare thoroughly for service delivery, familiarising themselves with the issues relevant to each situation;
- have a strong understanding of common issues that arise during service provision and are confident in their capability to manage difficult situations;
- are experienced in parenting strategies and can respectfully support parents, where necessary, with the adoption of different parenting approaches;
- are culturally aware and sensitive; and
